Patrick Dolan

VP, Football Technology at Philadelphia Eagles

After 25 years working within the field of sports video and technology, Patrick Dolan was named the Eagles' director of football technology in 2013. During the 2019 offseason, Dolan was promoted to vice president of football technology. In his role, Dolan is responsible for overseeing the video department and maximizing the football technologies used by the coaches, players and personnel departments on a day-to-day basis.

Prior to joining the Eagles, Dolan was the NFL account manager for DVSport, Inc. (2009-2013) and was involved in developing the Sideline Viewing System that has been implemented within the NFL since 2012.

From 1998-2009, Dolan served as the video director for the Cleveland Browns, where he established the entire video operation of the expansion Browns. During his tenure in Cleveland, Dolan was honored by his peers and voted as a member of the NFL Video Directors Committee, which worked with the NFL league office and Competition Committee on league-based technology decisions.

Prior to his time with the Browns, Dolan served as the assistant video director and quality control assistant for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1988-97.

Dolan holds a B.S. degree in business administration/accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He worked as a graduate assistant football coach for the Panthers from 1987-88. He and his wife, Tammy, reside in West Chester, PA with their daughters, Jenna, Julia and Kaleigh.
