Ryan Mulvey

Ryan Mulvey is an experienced professional in government and public affairs, currently serving as the Director of Government & Public Affairs at PhilaPort since March 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of Chief of Staff for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for 16 years, from March 2006 to March 2022. Ryan's career began as a Judicial Aide with the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania from June 2002 to March 2006 and also included a role as Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from February 2001 to July 2002. Ryan completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 1996 and 2000.
