Lance Adami

Lance Adami is an experienced workforce systems analyst and trainer with a strong background in data analysis and technical support. Currently serving at Philadelphia Works, Inc. since July 2012 in multiple roles including Workforce Systems Analyst and Workforce Systems Trainer, Lance has contributed significantly to the development and training of staff across various programs. Prior experience includes a data analyst position at the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation, where specialized reports were produced for the Workforce Services Division, and earlier roles at PJM Interconnection and Smurfit Stone in communications and accounting. Lance holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management of Information Systems from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and has a foundational background in providing technical support and programming for children at the Free Library of Philadelphia.
