Byron Rienstra is the Founder and Principal of b.partners since July 2020, specializing in guiding leaders and leadership teams globally to enhance honesty and performance for positive change. As an Executive Board Member at Phildon since December 2018, Byron supports business growth in the recruitment of talent within the Asia Pacific re/insurance industries. Additionally, as an Advisor at Antler, Byron mentors aspiring entrepreneurs in building their startups. Byron holds the position of Chairperson at Pemberton Stewart, an executive search firm, since February 2017. Previous roles include HR Director at Barclays and various leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank. Byron's educational background includes advanced degrees in Counselling Psychology, Social Psychology, Philosophy, and Communication, alongside executive courses from Stanford and Oxford.
