Danielle Lynch

Danielle Lynch is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in the re/insurance sector and a solid background in sales and marketing. Currently serving as Associate Director at Phildon since May 2021, Danielle has previously held roles including Senior Recruitment Consultant and Specialist Re/Insurance Recruitment Consultant. Prior to Phildon, Danielle worked at Paddington Partners Global Recruitment to Recruitment from December 2018 to May 2021, earning recognition as Best Newcomer in 2019 and being named Global Top Biller in May of the same year. Danielle's earlier roles include Sales and Marketing Officer at Link Group Ltd and Sales & Marketing Executive at Chisholm Hunter. Educationally, Danielle holds a Postgraduate Diploma in International Marketing from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Queen Margaret University.
