Mark Sheldon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the recruitment sector, particularly within the re/insurance markets in Asia Pacific. As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Phildon since January 2015, Mark has successfully launched the consultancy and forged relationships with global clients to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. Prior to this, Mark held managerial positions at Eames Consulting Group, playing a key role in establishing the Singapore operation and growing market presence across several regions. Mark's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Darwin Rhodes and Hays, where expertise in insurance recruitment was developed. Mark's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Sport Management from Northumbria University and a recent educational experience at INSEAD.
