Philip Booth Esq is a boutique estate agency business based both in Henley-on-Thames and Marlow, providing an intensely personal service to vendors who are selling residential properties in South Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire. Phil Booth has been an estate agent locally for 36 years, with an experienced team of local agents to support him.
Explaining the ethos of Philip Booth Esq, Phil commented: "In my view a house sale is much more than just a transaction. In most cases it's the single biggest asset you own and the process can be incredibly stressful. We feel it should be handled by someone who has the right experience - as well as life experience - to soften the sharp edges of the process, working to get you the best price in the market". To do this, the team believes success lies in marketing the property to the best possible extent and collaborating with clients. Phil added "I believe the relationship you have with your property adviser should be similar to the relationship you might have with your Doctor, your Lawyer or your Accountant".
Like the well-established Henley agency, the Marlow agency will also draw on relationships with local like-minded professional contacts, including Surveyors, Insurance Brokers, Solicitors, Interior Designers, Planning Consultants and Property Developers.
We are proud members of the Federation of Independent Agents, '...Where respected, high calibre estate agents join forces to create a modern network like no other. With a natural desire to demonstrate consistent quality and professionalism that’s universally recognised.'
