Philip Martin’s founded in 2010 by Mauro Trimigliozzi with the intention of creating a cosmetic hair and skin care professional company based on a philosophy of naturalness, transparency and bio-compatibility for the well-being of today’s and all future generations.
Undressing the product of any toxic and harmful substances and changing its skin in order to create new rituals of emotional beauty with special attention to tomorrow’s naturalness is the evident choice of its corporate identification elements. 
The name of the company had been inspired by the names of his children Filippo and Martina which for him synonymous of purity and sincerity. With the third born Tommaso the Tommy Baby line for kids care was created. 
The fingers of two hands on the company logo represent two interlaced hands and are the metaphor of a strong collaboration between people which are part of the Philip Martin’s world. The eye in the middle is the view of Philip Martin’s towards the future.
The headquarters and its Academy are located in Altavilla Vicentina (VI) and are finely furnished spaces which host national and international meetings and events on a weekly basis. 
In particular, the Academy proposes complete trainings for both the technicians and sales teams ranging from the mission of the brand, the use  of the products, the techniques of colouring and cutting aimed in specialising the operators with an innovative way and enhancing them to a more professional and wellbeing philosophy.
In the recent years the company has mainly focused on the creation of partnerships thru the use of Concept Stores which broaden its holistic philosophy in exclusive environments needed to enhance the creation unforgettable sensory experiences to all the customers. 
This elite circuit includes hair salons, wellness centres and luxury hotels that make the brand and its philosophy well recognisable  and identifiable thru a branding network easily connected in both national and international scenarios.
