A Multi award winning Estate agency built on personal recommendations and client referrals, based on our track record as an independent sales, letting and search agent. We provide friendly customer service, combining in-home consultation with an extensive online presence.

We offer a bespoke service alongside a transparent fee structure, tailored to the individual needs of our clients. Our business and fee structure has been designed around giving our clients choice, without compromising on service and experience. Our deep understanding of the local market enables us to provide a very different and ultimately more rewarding experience for both our buyers and sellers. We specialise in selling properties discreetly with approximately a third of our transactions never being listed on the open market but sold as whisper listings.

Going the extra mile is second nature to us and is the keystone of the business. Our goal is to fully understand our client’s individual needs and expectations, then to exceed them throughout the life of our relationship. We believe that value is defined by more than price; it is shown in the quality of our highly professional service. For clients unfamiliar with the area, we offer personal guided tours as well as video tours, sharing some of our favourite places to go, which are available online or by request.

In addition to selling and letting homes Philippa offers a Search Agency Service.

This is designed with you the client in mind. As your search agent, Philippa works directly for you, to secure your perfect property, based on your criteria and with a wealth of tools, insights and connections at her disposal.
