Alexandra Roy

Alexandra Roy is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Lead Architect at Philips since November 2020. Prior to this role, Alexandra was involved with various companies, including Veoneer as Lead Systems Engineer and ALTEN as a Consultant Verification & Validation Coordinator for an Autonomous Distress Tracking System for Airbus. Previous experience includes positions at Whisper and in the design of F101 hydrofoiling sailing boats, as well as a significant tenure at SAAB SEAEYE, where roles ranged from Principal System Engineer to Mechanical Design Engineer. Alexandra holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the University of Oxford and has received recognition as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and as a Eur Ing. from the European Federation of National Engineering Associations.
