Alla Stein

Alla Stein has over 25 years of experience in IT and business systems analysis, currently serving as an IT Business Partner at Philips Healthcare since April 2005. In this role, Alla has successfully identified and implemented process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading various project initiatives, including business case development and change management. Previously, as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Philips, Alla supported North American finance teams by designing and developing custom ERP extensions. Prior experience includes working as an SAP Consultant at Accenture, where Alla honed functional, technical, consulting, and problem-solving skills while working across diverse organizational cultures in Russia and Germany. Alla holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
