Andy Donati has extensive experience in software quality assurance and technical support, beginning with roles at Cabletron and Bay Networks, where initial technical support skills were developed. Following these positions, Andy advanced to various engineering roles, including a SQA Engineer at ARRIS and a Senior SQA Engineer at Motorola Mobility, demonstrating a strong technical foundation. Additionally, Andy served as Principal SQA Engineer, later continuing as SQA Engineer at Extreme Networks and Benu Networks. Since August 2018, Andy has been employed as a SQA Engineer at Philips. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College.
