Andy Fairless has extensive experience in the field of engineering and customer service within the healthcare and aviation industries. Fairless began a career as an Avionics Technician in the Royal Air Force from August 1983 to March 1996, followed by a role as Senior Electrical Technician at VA Technology until April 2000. After a brief period as a Simulator Maintenance Engineer at Environmental Tectonics Corp, Fairless joined Philips Healthcare as a Field Service Engineer from August 2010 to September 2014, later serving as Customer Services Team Leader. In April 2015, Fairless transitioned to GE Healthcare as a Field Service Engineer until March 2017, before returning to Philips in the role of Field Service Engineer for Image Guided Therapy, a position maintained to the present day.
