Basava Kumar M

Basava Kumar M is an experienced product designer specializing in usability, human factors, and ergonomics within the medical device industry. Currently, they serve as a Product User Experience (UX) Designer and Usability Engineer at Philips India Ltd, focusing on Mobile Surgery C-ARM product new product introductions. Previously, Basava was a Project Manager at Coeo Labs Private Limited, where they developed the award-winning SAANS neonatal CPAP device. They hold a Master of Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from R.V. College of Engineering, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Sandur Polytechnic College, all of which contribute to their expertise in user-centered design and product development.
