Becky Baltzer

Becky Baltzer currently serves as IGT-D Accounting Controller at Philips since October 2021, leading accounting practices for nine legal entities and four ERP systems within the Image Guided Therapy Devices business unit. Previously, Becky spent 16 years at Medtronic in various finance roles, including Sr. Finance Manager for CRM R&D Finance, where responsibilities encompassed managing substantial budgets and leading teams. Additional roles at Medtronic involved significant projects, such as the acquisition of Corventis and excellence in financial reporting and process optimization. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Financial Analyst at Wagner SprayTech and a Risk Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
