Earlier career positions include Engineering Manager at Teradyne, Quality Engineer at Lockheed Martin, and various roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, including Operations Manager and Process Engineer. Bill holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Southern Maine and an Associate's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Kennebec Valley Technical College.
