Birgit Faber

Birgit Faber is a Senior Clinical Scientist at Philips, where they have been contributing to the medical device industry since 2016. With over 10 years of experience, Birgit has a strong background in (clinical) research, particularly in cardiovascular science, pathology, and oncology. They completed a PhD and served as both a PhD student and postdoctoral fellow at Maastricht University from 1996 to 2004, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2005 to 2007. Birgit also held the position of Senior Scientist at Philips Research from 2007 to 2010, where they coordinated various projects aimed at enhancing safe diagnosis and treatment for patients.
