Bruce Graham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare technology management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Professional Services at Philips Healthcare since April 2008, Bruce oversees implementation teams for Xcelera and XperIM products in the Central Zone. Previously, in the role of Senior Manager of Customer Service at Philips Healthcare, Bruce directed a service unit that encompassed a multi-level call center, field service, installations, and on-site customer training.
