Caitlin Webb has a diverse professional background with experience in recruitment and business relationship management, having worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Shorterm Group and as a Business Relationship Manager at CoMech Metrology Ltd. At CoMech Metrology Ltd, responsibilities included managing bid submissions, crafting proposals, and enhancing sales processes. Caitlin transitioned to WSP, where roles included Senior Bid Coordinator and Senior Proposals Coordinator, overseeing bid lifecycle activities and driving proposal governance. Currently, Caitlin serves as a Solutions Bid Manager at Philips.
