Carmel Lerner is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience across various HR functions, specializing in talent management, organizational development, and leadership. They have served as the Head of HR for Philips Israel, leading HR initiatives for 1,300 employees and fostering an inclusive, growth-oriented workplace. Prior to this, Carmel held significant positions at Motorola Solutions and Tower Semiconductor, where they contributed as HR Manager and Training Manager, respectively.
