Carol Stemple

Carol Stemple is an accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in emergency care and healthcare leadership. Currently serving as the Emergency Department Charge Nurse at Holy Cross Health since January 2021, Carol has also been the President of LifeWork, Inc. since 1999, focusing on AED sales, program implementation, and medical education. Carol holds a longstanding role as a distributor for several AED brands, including Philips Heartstart, HeartSine Technologies, and Cardiac Science. Formerly, Carol contributed to the American Heart Association as a regional faculty member. Earlier roles include assistant nurse manager positions at Adventist HealthCare and Southern MD Hospital, as well as working as a trauma nurse at the University of Maryland Medical System. Carol's educational background includes a nursing diploma from Wilmington School of Nursing and ongoing professional development through the University of Maryland.
