Daniel Jackix is the Global Director of Services Innovation IGTS, with a diverse background in operations and business transformation. They graduated in Chemical Engineering from UNICAMP University and pursued an international research program at Queen Mary University in London. Daniel's career began in academia and transitioned to key roles within major multinational companies, including GE, Votorantim, Whirlpool, and Philips, where they demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and leadership, overseeing teams of up to 300 professionals. Throughout their journey, Daniel achieved multiple Six Sigma certifications and focused on enhancing productivity and customer experience across various business functions.
