Dave Bates

Dave Bates is an accomplished business leader in imaging with extensive experience in the healthcare industry, currently serving as Business Leader for Imaging at Philips since August 2016. In this role, Bates holds national commercial accountability for the digital imaging portfolio, engaging with C-Suite executives across various healthcare settings. Prior positions include Strategic Partnerships National Leader at Philips Canada, where responsibility included negotiating significant managed services agreements, and roles at iThera Medical, Sofie Biosciences, and FUJIFILM VisualSonics, Inc., focusing on innovative imaging technologies. Bates holds a Master’s degree in Cellular and Physiological Sciences from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology from Western University.
