Dave Osborn

Dave Osborn is the Manager of International Standards at Philips Medical Systems, where they participate in national and international standards organizations impacting the medical device industry. With over 20 years of experience in medical regulatory affairs, Dave has contributed significantly to the development of standards, particularly in anesthesia, respiratory equipment, and Class 2 devices. They serve as Secretary to the ISO subcommittee TC121/SC3 and are actively involved in several Joint Working Groups and ISO and IEC working groups, focusing on topics such as usability and small-bore connectors. Prior to their current role, Dave worked at HP from 1991 to 2001.
