Dorin Danu

Dorin Danu is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Investor Relations Director at Philips since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dorin held positions at Philips from September 2019 to October 2022, including Sr. Manager of Structured Finance and Investor Relations Manager, where responsibilities included managing corporate finance activities, investor relations, and supporting Philips' transition to a standalone HealthTech company. Between May 2012 and November 2014, Dorin worked at ProCredit Bank as Business Development Manager in Financial Services, focusing on managing the bank's asset portfolio and developing partnerships for sustainable finance initiatives, and previously as Deputy Branch Manager, co-managing branch operations and strategic planning. Dorin holds a Master's degree in Financial Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Certified Management Accountant designation, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova.
