Dylan Rowe

Dylan Rowe is a seasoned leader in Training and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning Technology & Innovation at Philips. They have held significant roles such as the Head of Global Compliance Learning Operations at Meta and the Director of Learning Analytics & Client Engagement at Seertech Solutions. Dylan previously managed teams at Ingersoll Rand, where they advanced from Product Sales & Service Training Manager to Senior HR Manager, Learning Operations. They are pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Detroit Mercy, complementing their Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
