Ee Ling Tan

Ee Ling Tan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various industries. Since July 2011, Ee Ling Tan has served as the People Partner for Philips Electronics in Singapore and Malaysia, overseeing HR functions for Personal Health JAPAC and Health Systems Sales in multiple markets. Prior to Philips, experience includes a role as HR Business Partner at NXP Semiconductors, where support was provided for HR matters across South AP, as well as HR generalist duties in Singapore. Earlier positions include HR Officer at Singapore Epson Industrial Pte Ltd and R&D Assistant at Ednovation Pte Ltd, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from The University of Queensland and a Diploma in Business Administration from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
