Ella Sheiman is an experienced regulatory affairs professional specializing in medical devices, particularly in software-contained medical devices, digital health, and AI-related regulations. Currently serving as the AV&AI Regulatory Lead at Philips, Ella has previously held key positions at CNOGA Digital Care and CNOGA Medical, where Ella successfully led teams and navigated regulatory processes with various international bodies, including the US FDA and EU Notified Bodies. Ella holds a DVM in Veterinary Medicine from The Hebrew University and a Bachelor's degree in life science from Ben Gurion University.
