Emily Napier is currently the Head of Marketing PH UKI at Philips, a role they took on in 2025. Previously, they held various marketing leadership positions within Philips from 2021 to 2023, as well as working as a Statistician at Wimbledon and a Brand Manager at Unilever. In addition to their marketing career, they co-founded INFX tennis, managing coaching programs and tournaments across multiple venues. They graduated from the IDM summer school in 2015 and are pursuing an MBA in Leadership and Management from Henley Business School, expected to complete in 2026.
