Eric Harnois is the Director of QMS Software Engineering at Philips Health Systems, where they manage a multi-site team of Software Quality Engineers and ensure compliance with FDA regulations. Previously, Eric held various leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories, including Software Manager and System Development Manager, where they created development teams and led projects in hematology and immuno-assay products. Earlier in their career, Eric contributed to the launch of IVD workcells at Coulter Corporation, serving as both Program Manager and Principal Software Engineer. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Artificial Intelligence from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Nuclear Physics.
