Ewa Grzelak

Ewa Grzelak is a communication and change management expert with 15 years of experience in the BPO/SSC sector. Currently, as the Communication and Change Management Manager at Philips, Ewa creates and implements engaging communication campaigns while supporting HR leaders in strategic communication efforts. Previously, Ewa held various roles, including HR and PR Manager at Infosys Poland, where Ewa organized internal communication events and developed strategies to enhance employee engagement. Ewa holds a Master's degree in English Philology and a postgraduate degree in Public Relations from the University of Lodz.
