Fred Li

Fred Li is a Sr. Development Manager of Special Lighting & LED Drivers at Philips Lighting. They have been with Philips Design since 2010, where they built and lead a team focused on LED driver development while supporting the global market. Prior to this, Fred worked as a Senior Development Engineer and team leader at Philips Lighting, managing projects related to fluorescent lamp dimming and UV lamp driver development. Fred's career began at the Shanghai Satellite Research Institute, where they served as a team leader for nearly a decade. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
