Gabriel Malamud

Gabriel Malamud, PhD, is the Chief Systems Architect at Philips Medical Systems, where they apply their extensive expertise in medical devices and computerized tomography. Gabriel previously worked as a Senior Physicist and System Engineer at Elscint/Picker/Philips from 1996 to 2002, and continued to advance their career at Philips Healthcare as a Project Manager from 2002 to 2006. They served as the Director of Systems Architect and later as Director, Segment Platform Program Manager at Philips Medical Systems from 2010 onward. Gabriel holds a PhD in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, where they conducted research on particle detectors, and has also engaged in postdoctoral research at Ecole Polytechnique and CERN.
