Ger Janssen

Ger Janssen is currently the AI Ethics & Compliance Lead at Philips, where they oversee the responsible development and deployment of AI solutions across the organization. With a strong background in data, AI governance, and digital twin technology, Ger has held various leadership roles, including Principal Data & AI Scientist and Department Head for multiple research teams. They earned an MSc and a PhD in Applied Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology, along with additional leadership development training. Ger's extensive experience includes R&D management, agile methodologies, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering impactful solutions.
