Gerald Lin is a Senior IP Counsel at Philips, where they have been since 2016, focusing on IP licensing and counseling. With over 20 years of experience in intellectual property, Gerald previously held positions at One-Red, Lite-On Technology Corp, Baker & McKenzie, and Tai E International Patent & Law Office. Their expertise includes developing licensing strategies, managing licensing activities, and providing legal support on IP-related matters. Gerald is currently pursuing dual Master's degrees in Law from Shih Hsin University and Mechanical Engineering from National Central University.
