Hans Nikol

Hans Nikol is the Head of IoT and Head of Open Innovation at Signify, where they develop and implement innovative strategies across various global teams. Prior to their current role, they served as the Head of LED Technology Strategy at Philips and led the research group focused on Nanomaterials and Devices. With a strong background in solid state lighting and extensive experience in managing innovation across multiple regions, they have contributed to several industry advancements. Hans holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Regensburg and completed postdoctoral work at the California Institute of Technology.
