Harbert Kamping is a seasoned professional specializing in digital transformation, strategy, innovation, and procurement. Currently serving as the Procurement Excellence Director at Philips, they focus on delivering value and enhancing procurement processes. Previously, Harbert held various roles at Philips, including Negotiation Excellence Director and Digital Transformation PMO Lead, where they leveraged advanced negotiation techniques and led digital transformation initiatives. Harbert began their career as a consultant at Accenture and completed a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria, along with a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and Management Science and a Master’s in Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology.
