Heather Dawson

Heather Dawson serves as the PMO Leader and Director of Services and Business Systems Platforms for Sleep & Respiratory Care at Philips since February 2021. With a robust background in healthcare management, Heather previously held the role of Vice President of Laboratory Services at Allina Health, overseeing a large-scale employee business unit that included 12 hospital laboratories and numerous clinic laboratories. Additional positions at Allina Health included Laboratory Director focused on the enterprise-wide laboratory information system and Laboratory Site Director for two urban hospitals. Heather's career in healthcare began as a Medical Technologist, with early roles at Valley Health System and King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. Heather holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science from Kean University.
