Jack Su

Assistant Demand Manager

Jack Su has extensive experience in supply chain management and demand planning, having worked in various roles across prominent companies. At NXP Semiconductors, Jack served as a Supply Chain Planner from March 2010 to July 2013, where responsibilities included managing supply chain parameters using SAP and I2 to align demand and supply. Transitioning to DHL Supply Chain as a Key Account Manager from July 2013 to February 2014, Jack led projects to enhance customer relationships and achieved significant cost savings. Following this, Jack worked at ExxonMobil from February 2014 to August 2016 as a Demand & Import Planner, focusing on demand forecasting and improving inventory management. Currently, Jack holds the position of Assistant Demand Manager at Philips since August 2016, overseeing S&OP meetings and inventory targets. Jack holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Queensland University of Technology.
