Joe Pendergast

Joe Pendergast is the current Director of Real Estate Transactions & Energy for the Americas at Philips, where they focus on executing strategy to create value and building relationships. Previously, Joe served as the Energy Supply Program Manager at Harvard University, overseeing procurement for energy needs on the Cambridge/Allston campus. They have also held roles at Philips, including Director of Facilities Management Procurement and Sr. Manager of Real Estate & Energy Procurement, contributing significantly to sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives. Joe's earlier career includes positions as a Regulatory Analyst at Southern California Edison and a Research Analyst at the Division of Energy Resources. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University.
