John Thompson

John Thompson is a Senior Moulding Engineer at Philips, where they focus on developing new tooling and moulding technologies that align with Philips Personal Health initiatives. With a career spanning over three decades in the tooling and processing of thermoplastics and liquid silicone rubber, they have held various roles, including Apprentice Toolmaker and Toolmaker at A.H. Austin. John has demonstrated expertise in project management, efficiency improvements, and technology scouting, and is skilled at building high-performing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They completed their G.C.S.E.s at Castle Manor High School in 1988.
