John Williams has extensive experience in service management and technical support within the healthcare and security sectors. Starting as a Regional Service Manager at Elscint/Picker from 1995 to 1998, John managed all service functions for the Western Service Region. John's career progressed at Integral Technologies as the Director of Customer Support Services, where John established a nationwide technical call center and dealer training program. As the Owner of Karadan Security from 2004 to 2012, John oversaw sales and service of digital surveillance equipment. Since 2005, John has been working with Philips Healthcare as an FSE3, focusing on the installation and maintenance of Computerized Tomography systems. In addition, John holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
