Jonathan Coles

Jonathan Coles has over 26 years of experience at Philips, where Jonathan currently serves as Head of People for the UK&I, Nordics, and Solutions Europe. In this role, Jonathan leads teams and drives European and international projects, building on previous positions in HR that focused on various regions and sectors, including Enterprise Informatics and Sales and Solutions. Jonathan’s expertise encompasses business strategy, policy development, talent management, and cultural change, supported by accreditations in Insights and SHL. Earlier career experience includes HR roles in Woolwich Building Society, where Jonathan contributed to training material design and delivery during a graduate rotation. Jonathan holds a BA in Business Studies (Hons) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Greenwich.
