Joydev Sarkar

Joydev Sarkar is a Senior Domain Consultant for Global On-site Operations at Philips, where they lead a team of five and manage daily operations and new initiatives. Previously, Joydev served as General Manager for Regional Operations in the APAC region at Philips, overseeing service levels, partner management, and cost management. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager in IT at Philips India, where they headed user care and managed IT infrastructure across multiple regions. Joydev began their career at Amway India as an Associate Manager in IT, responsible for the eastern regional offices. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (IT) from Utkal University.
