Jun Kamiya, MBA, spent much of their 20s in Australia studying Communication Design and starting their career as a graphic designer. Returning to Japan in 2008, they joined Johnson & Johnson's Marketing Communications team for the medical device division, where they served as a Communication Leader and People Manager for 15 years. Jun's responsibilities included brand messaging, digital technology promotion, stakeholder communication strategies, and creating value-added services. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager at Philips, continuing to leverage their extensive experience in communications and branding.
