Kate Gerdes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and partner ecosystem strategy. Currently serving as the Integrated Supply Chain Ecosystem Strategy Leader at Philips since April 2021, Kate focuses on enhancing health and well-being through innovative strategies. Prior to Philips, Kate worked at IBM, where roles included IBM Partner Ecosystem Red Hat Synergy Lead, driving go-to-market strategies and leading corporate strategic planning for partner ecosystems. Other notable positions at IBM encompassed Director of Operations for IBM Systems and various managerial roles within supply chain and operations, demonstrating a strong background in logistics and inventory management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a BA in Psychology and Business from the University of Rochester.
