Katia Prado

Katia Prado is currently the Integrated Supply Chain Head for Brazil at Philips, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations and driving operational excellence across various business sectors. They have a history of significant achievements, including transforming service levels and import processes, and fostering an inclusive leadership environment with a focus on female representation in supply chain roles. Prior to this role, Katia held various positions within Philips, Novartis, and Bradesco, accumulating extensive expertise in supply chain management, demand planning, and team development. Katia is also a board member at Live University and completed the Harvard Manage Mentor Program at Harvard Business School.
