Kevin Melody offers extensive experience in research and medical writing, with a robust academic background including a Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases and Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master's of Science in Fisheries from Louisiana State University. Kevin began as a Graduate Research Assistant at Louisiana State University, focusing on pathogenic bacteria in oysters, and later continued similar roles at the University of Pittsburgh, researching the antiretroviral drug rilpivirine for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP).
