Larry Edson

Larry Edson serves as the President and Principal Consultant at Larry Edson Consulting Inc. since 2007, focusing on teaching and consulting in Reliability Engineering and Accelerated Testing, and assisting companies in the development of test plans for mechanical and electrical devices. Additionally, Edson has provided instruction and consulting on Reliability and Accelerated Testing for notable organizations such as Sandia National Laboratories, Philips, John Deere, and CERN. Prior to this, Edson was a Technical Fellow at General Motors Corporation for nearly four decades, responsible for developing accelerated test methods to expedite product launches and creating automotive electronics test specifications. Edson holds a BSME in Automotive-Powertrain Systems from Kettering University and has furthered education at the University of Michigan and University of Maryland.
