Leticia Ciacci

Leticia Ciacci is a skilled Manufacturing Project Manager with a strong background in process improvement, lean leadership, and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Back Office Supervisor at Philips Medical, they manage customer service operations and spearhead process enhancements using lean methodologies. Leticia’s prior experience includes various roles at Philips, where they contributed to the automation of indicators and the implementation of a Kanban system, as well as a production engineering internship at Mangels Industrial S.A. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and two Master's degrees in Automated Industrial Process Engineering and another relevant field. Leticia has also participated in exchange programs in Ireland and Panama, enhancing their global perspective in engineering practices.
